first of all, i would like to thank all of you for being so supportive. i wouldn't have done it if not for your support and encouragement. time passes really fast!it feels like loola resort is just a figment of my imagination; it never really happened. we definitely have brought back happy memories of the camp...
here's my lowdown of the camp activities:
climax:
obstacle course: really petrified!thanks to chandra and classmates, i conquered one of the things i wouldn't want to do. NINJA WARRIOR, HERE I COME! fyi, in ninja warrior, people try to conquer certain obstacles within a stipulated time. more scary and exciting!!!
hill hike:i was so tired, i almost died!!! sweating buckets, seriously! also, the rain did not help matters!
flying fox: wow! love the scenery!ow!salt water went into my eyes!
campfire:great.we danced, we sung, we set the dance floor on fire!!! 3H'10 rocks!
sky walk: petrifying. couldn't breathe. i was hanging precariously on a log which was so high up. the "leap of faith" was scary!
coconut tree climbing:fun, but a lil' tedious and difficult.
boom-net: wow. so fantastic!!!so exhilarating. so relaxing. the cold blue waters... would LOVE TO DO IT AGAIN!

anti-climax:
eg. the bus ride was soooooooooo long,the girl who i sat next to when we boarded the bus headed for loola resort mentioned that i kept contradicting myself and saying "what, you think this is a rollercoaster ride?",harassed by erm...guys to sing to britney spears' song, "baby one more time". mortified, enraged and humiliated and being asked to dance.
overall, i would say the camp was quite successful. it helped to build good rapport between us and strengthen bonds. i learnt the essence of teamwork and the importance of working together.
i learnt how to face my fears head-on and challenge them.
i learnt how to conquer my phobias...eg. height phobia
